We are seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a valid insurance license and a passion for helping clients find the best insurance coverage. You will be responsible for building relationships, assessing client needs, and providing expert guidance on insurance products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
- Explain coverage options, policy terms, and conditions clearly
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Must hold a current and valid insurance license in California
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field preferred
