What You'll Do:
· Provide exceptional customer service to our clients regarding insurance policies and financial products
· Assist clients with inquiries, claims, and policy changes in a timely and professional manner
· Educate clients on available products and services to help them make informed decisions
· Resolve issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
· Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
· Ability to learn quickly and understand insurance and financial services terminology
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
· Prior experience in customer service or financial services is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
